One of the biggest problems today, is that the VBA obviously makes determinations of healthcare eligibility based on what they think it will cost them in disability compensation. This is done to a point that they refuse to use years of actual medical records to determine what conditions you may or not be suffering from, and schedule C&P exams for the express purpose of manipulating diagnostic records in order to deny claims. In my case, The examiner they employed to conduct the examination was on probation for falsifying medical records at the time he was conducting the exam, and he backdated fabicated diagnoses into my medical records as part of his examination report. At this point, it has become a Senate Inquiry. However, I think a lot of this could be avoided. If soldiers, after signing on the dotted line, putting their lives on the line, were entitled to, at the very least, mental healthcare, the VA would not have to base their decisions on how much they would owe you. These practices are absurd. It was even documented in my medical records by VA practitioners that I was interested in treatment only, and had no intent on filing a claim at the time. But after the second time of having treatment abruptly stopped due to arguments of ineligibility during critical pnitos in therapy, there was no choice but to file a official claim. I had been deemed eligible through a means test at one point, and now am no longer eligible again, while a third therapist at the VHA still insists that I need the therapy. What do finances have to do with a patients condition and the relevant care that they need. This is a critical error in the system that is reeking havoc all the way around. It takes the strength and courage of a warrior to ask for help, but you have to escape becoming a statistic of the veteran suicide rate (18 per day), and be part of an act of congress to get therapy without interruption. It's insane, and I would not be alive today if I didn't have the help of my wife and brother. Over $80 was spent on certified mail just yesterday. What about veterans who have no one? Where does that leave them?]]> Condolences Thu, 08 Oct 2015 13:22:56 EDT Condolence From Keyon http://sniderpetcrematory.frontrunnerpro.com/runtime/187227/runtime.php?SiteId=187227&NavigatorId=794713&ItemId=2147709&op=tributeCondolenceView&viewOpt=dpaneOnly&gid=condolence7923874 Condolences Sun, 20 Sep 2015 12:46:04 EDT Story shared: My baby Bella http://sniderpetcrematory.frontrunnerpro.com/runtime/187227/runtime.php?SiteId=187227&NavigatorId=794713&ItemId=2147709&op=tributeFamilyStories&viewOpt=dpaneOnly&gid=story5421409

I loved Bella, she was such a good little girl. Yes, she started out with issues, but don't we all? She would allow you to dress her up and she'd pose for pictures like a regular model. She loved the attention. Her favorite past time was having her belly rubbed. She'd stay forever - as long as you're rubbing, she's staying! I loved her personality, she was just so sweet. Because of her small size, she always seemed like a puppy to me. She lost her life way too soon, but I'm so glad we were able to spend the time with her that we did. She made me smile and always cheered me up. She'll always hold a special place in my heart.

I love you Bella, I'll miss you always.

I was a sophomore in highschool when we rescued Bella. When we first brought her into my grandparents home, she was a skinny, poorly groomed two year old dog who was afraid of just about everything. I instantly fell in love with her. As far as I knew, the people who we got her from didn't treat her well. What really bothered me, was the fact that she would cringe whenever anyone would reach out to pet her, like as if she thought that they would hurt her. But over time, the love and care of our family helped this scared, skinny little dog blossom into a beautiful, happy, and healthy dog. Like many dogs, Bella had a very unique personality. If you were to look at her ask her "Are YOU a good girl?", she would respond by barking at you like as if she were to say "Yes! I am!". If she was in trouble, all you would have to do is ask her "Bella, did you do that?", and she would tell on herself by getting up and going into her cage. I personally found that hilarious. :) She would also sometimes do a cute little doggy "sneeze" if you made a fake sneeze noise. Bella was also very loving, and LOVED attention. :) If you pet her, she would always roll over because she wanted her belly rubbed too. (This was her most favorite thing) As long as her belly was being rubbed, she would lay there forever. She would also do this whenever I would try to brush her. She loved being the center of attention, as well. If you were to pet Bailey, Bella would come over because so that you could pet her too. I could pick up a stuffed animal and tell it "this is MY baby! Hi baby!", and she would get jealous. She sometimes even ran to me and started barking at me like as if she were to say "Uhh.... excuse me? I'm right here!!". I always ended up sitting down to pet her every time I did that. I will always miss these silly little things about her. Thankfully, some of these memories I was able to capture by taking photos and video. However, I hold all of them in my heart.

Bella was a rescue dog. I got her when she was little over a year old. She wasn't potty trained very well and she had abandonment issues...but we worked thru those and she was a lovie little girl. She had the courage of a lion and the biggest heart.

She could do lots of tricks, and let you dress her up.

She could talk and say "GOOD GIRL" and when she was mad at you she sure let you know it...

She was the best baby one could ask for...

Hope she is running an chasing squirrels and having a ball. I miss her dearly and hope to catch up to her at Rainbows Bridge...

Bella's mommy....
